Take it Apart and See How it Works Day

This Spring, our class will have our See How it Works Day. We will be taking apart various household items to see how they work. Please look for broken or unneeded items around the house to send with your student. Items such as a hair dryer, tape player, toys (with moving parts), small electric items, blender, electric shaver, etc., would be excellent. Students may bring the items at any time and store them in the classroom.

It would be helpful if students bring a few screwdrivers (regular and phillips) and a pair of pliers to school in the Spring. Please be sure to label each tool with your child’s name.
